POLICIES

~ Deposits are required To book any service. Deposits are non refundable but services can be rescheduled due to certain emergencies out of clients control. Deposits are 25% of the total cost.

~ After two cancellations, a new appointment will need to be made along with a new deposit. Clients can be banned from booking future appointments if the company sees fit.

~ A deposit can be refunded if your service provider was unable to complete the booking or receive a 10% discount on your rescheduled service.

~ $25 late fee will be applied if the client is late within a 25 minute window. After 30 minutes the appointment will need to be rescheduled. (Unless discussed otherwise with your service provider)

~ No refunds (unless discussed otherwise with your service provider)

~ No call No Shows will result in a 50% non refundable deposit for your upcoming bookings. Clients can be banned from booking future appointments if the company sees fit.
